Welcome to a dental procedure that is safe, durable and comfortable and can give you back tooth function that you may have thought lost.
We are pleased to offer this excellent solution through our clinic in Kent. Dental implants can have a huge impact on the way you feel about your teeth, increase your quality of life, freedom of choice and release time otherwise spent caring for devices such as removable dentures or bridges.
At Staplehurst Dental in Kent, dental implants are just one of a range of services we offer. Our diversity of experience means that we can make recommendations that are right for the individual patient. We care about your experience before, during and after treatment and want to ensure that you have healthy, functional teeth and gums for a long time.
You will be given a consultation to assess your individual requirements and suitability for implants – there are certain criteria that need to be met and we want to ensure that you are having the appropriate treatment for your teeth. After this, we will give you all the information you need to book any further appointments with us.
Caring for your implants after treatment is important and therefore we give you plenty of guidance on how to look after them and make appointments to monitor them. We want you to feel supported in your choices and will be with you every step of the way.
To fully explain what we have to offer at our practice in Kent – dental implants are a form of tooth replacement and can be applied to single or multiple sites to restore one or more teeth. Tiny screws are attached to the jaw bone and then fitted with some form of prosthetic tooth to replace the missing one.
Once fitted, these implants are designed to last and give you the functionality of natural teeth. They support long term oral health and prevent deterioration of the outward appearance of the jaw bone by stimulating it to grow and mesh around the screws and by opening up tiny blood vessels which prevent bone loss.
